AI and the Muslim Mind Ethics, Opportunity and Amanah
About Course

“And He taught Adam the names — all of them.” — Surah Al-Baqarah 2:31
Artificial Intelligence is not a passing trend — it is already reshaping how your children learn, how you’re hired or denied a loan, what content shapes your family’s daily attention, and what career paths will exist for the next generation.
Most Muslims encounter AI in one of two unhelpful ways: either uncritical enthusiasm with no ethical framework, or reflexive fear with no genuine understanding. This course offers a third path — the one the Golden Age scholars modelled 1,000 years ago: rigorous understanding combined with sincere Islamic ethical grounding.
THIS COURSE TEACHES YOU:
What AI actually is, in plain language, with no unnecessary jargon. A genuine Islamic ethical framework — built on Amanah (trust), Adl (justice), and the prohibition of Zulm (oppression) — applied specifically to data, algorithms, and automated decision-making. How to raise digitally wise children in an AI-saturated world. What halal, meaningful careers exist in this field for the next generation. And, most fundamentally, how the Quranic understanding of Ilm (knowledge) and the human soul should shape how a believer relates to machine “intelligence” that will never possess a soul, a conscience, or genuine understanding.
